You must be of legal age where you live to view cannabis products or place an order. Do not provide website access or cannabis products to minors.
Orders, products and availability
Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it. An order is accepted only after the system confirms the selected product, option, current price and available inventory. Product appearance and package details can vary by batch. The label on the product received is the final source for ingredients, potency, warnings and serving information.
Payment
Checkout shows the payment methods available for the selected delivery service. An Interac e-Transfer is not confirmed until it is matched to the correct order and amount. Cash on delivery is available only when the checkout page specifically offers it for an eligible local order.
Ottawa delivery and mail order
Ottawa Cannabis Store may offer 30–90 minute delivery, same-day delivery and mail order. Product eligibility and timing depend on the delivery option, address, inventory, weather and order volume. A delivery estimate is not a guarantee.
Cancellations and order concerns
Contact us as soon as possible if an order needs to be corrected or cancelled. A change may not be possible after payment, preparation or delivery has started. Include the order number when reporting a missing item, product concern or delivery problem.
Responsible use
